About this Course

Dragon’s Way® Qigong We all know we should be eating well, exercising, staying mindful of our emotional and spiritual well being, and meditating. It can be overwhelming! Wish you could find a program that addresses each of these areas in one comprehensive approach? Look no further. Dragon’s Way Qigong® is helping thousands bring their bodies back to a state of well-being. Based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, the program is a boot camp for the body, mind, and spirit—with Qigong exercise at its core. All health issues are the body’s signs that it’s off balance. This program equips you with the tools to regain balance, restore health and enjoy renewed vitality. Past participants have reduced stress, increased energy, shed pounds and eased chronic conditions. Our goal is to teach you how to maintain a healthy body and enjoy a healthy life. The program includes Qigong practice, eating for healing, and lifestyle guidance. Participants will: Learn 10 Wu Ming Qigong exercises. When practiced regularly they have the ability to “clean-up” the body and increase overall energy. These powerful qigong movements are easy to do, can be practiced by everyone, and require no special clothing or equipment. Eat for Energy. We’ll learn an approach to eating that supports the body’s need for energetic balance. We’ll learn to eat for energy, not just count calories. Decode the Body’s Messages. Learn a framework for healthy living, including managing stress and emotions. You will learn how to listen to your body so you can resolve imbalances and continue to enjoy good health far beyond a 6-week program. A lively and dynamic instructor, Christine McQuade-Hsu has been helping individuals and groups of all ages discover sensible and practical ways to integrate mind, body, and spirit into exercise, health, and healing for more than 15 years. *Includes DVD of the Dragon's Way Qigong exercises.*
