About this Course

Wild Goose Qigong is well known for its lovely and graceful movements, which suggest an innocent and carefree wild goose. As a movement-oriented Qigong, Wild Goose safely and naturally opens up the twelve meridian lines, improves blood circulation, develops breathing and movement coordination, increases flexibility, and cultivates awareness of Qi in and around the body. Drop-in option of $7 per class(if you decide to enroll in the entire session, the drop in fee will be returned). No class 5//20, 5/27.
