About this course

Qigong is an ancient Chinese movement practice designed to support self-healing and restore well-being of the body, mind and spirit. Used extensively in hospitals and clinics throughout China, qigong practice supports thousands of people in preventing and curing illness every day. Emphasis will be on awakening the feeling of chi in the body as we focus on simple and relaxing qigong movements to relieve tension, improve concentration, and boost the immune system for a healthy and joyful season. Wild Goose safely and naturally opens up the twelve meridian lines, improves blood circulation, develops breathing and movement coordination, increases flexibility, and cultivates awareness of Qi in and around the body. Drop-in option of $20 per class (if you decide to enroll in the entire session, the drop in fee will be returned). No class 3/10.
