About this Course

Like to bike, swim and run? This week long camp will help you become a better triathlete as you participate in one of the fastest growing sports in the nation. Coached by Pete and Shari Kain and Kain Performance Multi-Sport, campers are lead through a week long "Triathlon Adventure"! Practicing each leg of the race independently as well as the transitions between the events. Helmets and a fully functioning bike are REQUIRED. Kids should be ready to swim, bike, and run at each class session. On Friday, camp ends on a competitive note, with campers participating in a real Sprint Distance Triathlon followed by medals & t-shirts for all! Classes will meet at the Los Gatos High School Community Aquatic Center. Camp is set up behind the pool. MUST BRING a bathing suit, goggles, fully functioning bike, helmet and running shoes EVERYDAY!
