About this Course

Viniyoga based practices to build breath capacity, postural awareness and focused mind. Sessions designed to cultivate sustained energy, strength, self-exploration, reflection, peace and calm. Build awareness to find relief from nagging aches, pains, worry and stress of everyday living. Learn how yoga practice helps efficient functioning to lead a productive and fulfilling life. Bring your own mat. Instructor: Pragalbha Doshi, E-RYT 500 (YogaSaar) is trained and experienced in therapeutic applications of Yoga. She is a visiting Stress Management expert for the Hypertension and Lifestyle Management program presented by American Heart Association in collaboration with El Camino Healthcare. Drop-in: $20.
