Open Eyes Underwater: Explore underwater with open eyes. Bob (10x): Playful bobbing exercise for breath control. Float with Support: Experience front and back floats with instructor support. Glide and Recover: Practice gliding and returning to a vertical position. Kicking on Front: Learn to kick with support or kickboard. Basic Arm Movements: Introduce basic arm movements. Water Safety Rules: Learn essential safety guidelines. Lifejacket & Entering Shallow Water: Practice wearing a lifejacket on the deck and safely entering shallow water.
