About this Course

Take your offensive game to the next level with our focused Attacking & Setting Clinic! This clinic is designed for players looking to develop or refine their skills in two of volleyball’s most important roles—setting and attacking. Attackers will work on: Approach mechanics and timing Arm swing efficiency and power Shot selection and hitting different zones Transition footwork and reading the block Setters will focus on: Hand positioning and release technique Footwork and body positioning Decision-making and tempo sets Running a dynamic offense and setting under pressure Who Should Attend: Players ages 11-14 who want to become more effective offensive threats—ideal for outside hitters, middle blockers, right-side hitters, and setters.
