GrowFit Camp is the safest place for kids to try new sports. Serving the Bay Area for nearly a decade, GrowFit provides the expertise, training, and physical education that every kiddo needs while making camp as fun as possible. GrowFit started as a physical education company with the whole child in mind. GrowFit Curriculum was built to make physical education accessible and fun for all kiddos through professionally designed lesson plans that focus on social and emotional learning. The curriculum is used for camp and was created by educators and designed to inspire kids to try new sports and games while focusing on their social and emotional learning. As a result, the GrowFit approach is a radically different sports camp. Combined with decades of experience in physical education, children will receive unparalleled attention in an environment that fosters being respectful, being honest, and having fun. GrowFit children's sports camps include themed camp weeks. The majority of a camper's day will be filled with a variety of sports and group games such as: YOUNGER GROUPS: Soccer, Intro to Volleyball, Capture the flag, Tag, Dodgeball, Sharks, and Minnows, bounce house OLDER GROUPS: Soccer, Dodgeball, Capture the flag, Home-run derby, Kickball, Gaga ball, bounce house, bubble soccer
