About this Course

LGSR Swim Team is a recreational swim team that we offer year-round that offers fun and a great source of fitness to your child. 14U is meant for ages 11-14. Swim Team Tryouts or previous LGSR Swim Team experience is REQUIRED. Winter Tryouts will be held on January 10. The focus is to help improve your participant in multiple aspects of swimming as well as growing the swim community and having fun while doing it. What to Expect at Practice: Our swim sessions are designed to enhance both stroke technique and endurance. We recognize that mastering proper technique is crucial, so we’re committed to dedicating ample time to help swimmers perfect their skills.
