This program integrates skill development with fitness readiness. Appropriate for all skill levels, players will get individual/small group instruction on the fundamentals of Track and Field, i.e. hurdles, jumping events, discus, shotput, running techniques and strategies, etc. Participants will also have opportunities to compete in organized competitions and other skill contests to showcase their abilities. Our positive, experienced coaches will also have some evaluative tools allowing athletes to learn strengths and areas in the sport of Track & Field to prepare for the upcoming seasons.
