Are you a former competitive swimmer or love swimming but don't know how to improve your strokes or maybe just looking for a coached workout? Our Intro to Masters Swimming Program is designed to provide adults of all ages and skill levels with the opportunity to improve their swimming technique, increase their fitness levels, and participate in organized swim workouts in a supportive and motivating environment. Whether you're a beginner lap swimmer looking to learn the fundamentals or an experienced swimmer aiming to enhance your performance, our program offers a structured and inclusive approach to help you achieve your goals. Prerequisites: Must be able to swim a minimum of 100 yards (four laps) without stopping. Must have basic knowledge of different swimming strokes (free style, breast stroke, back stroke, and butterfly) Swim paddles and fins helpful but not required.
