About this Course

Swimmers will receive instruction in stroke techniques as well as competitive techniques including racing dives and turns. LGS Recreation Aquatics encourages and promotes a healthy lifestyle through the sport of swimming and having lots of fun while doing it! Swimmers will have the opportunity to test their swimming skills during designated races. Prerequisite: Must be able to swim at least one length of the pool (25yds) unassisted. *No practice on Tuesday, July 4 for Independence Day
