About this Course

Introduction to proper stretching, students will train in a variety of stances, blocks, punches, kicks, self-defense, learn body part awareness, and what to do to fend off an attacker. Children’s curiosity and playfulness, combined with karate drills, help develop coordination, mental focus, and awareness. Materials fee: $80 for mandatory uniform and target paddle. Additional testing fees are required during class. See instructor for details.
