About this Course

Our Beginning Martial Arts classes for teens and adults 14+ introduce the basic techniques of self-defense, kicking, punching, and traditional forms in a fun and motivating setting. Students will have a proper introduction to stretching and effective martial arts exercises to help improve strength and stamina. Infinity Martial Arts strives to challenge teens and adults physically and mentally to help them grow and achieve their personal goals in a positive atmosphere. *Please note: $50 uniform fee will be collected by the instructor at the start of the first class.
