About this Course

The Junior Lifeguard program provides young swimmers lifesaving training, leadership skills, and water rescue experience. By the end of this course, participants will have first aid/CPR/AED knowledge and will be able to quickly respond to emergencies in aquatic environments. Participants must be strong swimmers.
