Join Aqua Fit instructor Marla Davies for 50 minutes of aerobic fun! The class starts with a short warm up followed by aqua aerobics for your cardio endurance and slow cool down that includes strength training and aqua yoga. You’re guaranteed to burn some calories and have a good time doing it! Music will be played throughout the class.
