Are you struggling with the transitions that sneak up around our 40s for women? This class is designed with a therapeutic focus for the physical, mental, emotional symptoms of Perimenopause which can span several years. Each session will have a 60 min practice and 30 min interactive discussion. Participants will leave with a sense of deeper connection and understanding of changes within themselves – techniques and insights for self-care & support for the often-difficult phase of Perimenopause. Class size limit 8 to allow for personalizing. Bonus: Registered participants will be contacted to schedule a free 30 min Personal Intake for Goal Setting with the instructor before class begins.
