About this Course

Practice yoga outside under the beautiful redwood trees, weather permitting or in a spacious room with fresh air and natural light. All levels welcome including students new to yoga. Class includes basic yoga with emphasis on breath followed by mindfulness meditation. Your choice each week: In person or via Zoom. Drop in available.
