About this Course

Basic casual yoga including mindfulness meditation and core work. Emphasis on breathing, awareness, and humor. Friendly atmosphere. All levels. Your choice each week: Zoom or in-person meeting on the lawn of the Pavilion, weather permitting. If you are coming in person, bring a yoga mat. Beginners will have an introduction to yoga fundamentals. Experienced yogis will have an opportunity to work toward expanding consciousness, grounding, and being present. The Redwood Estates Services Pavilion is located on Madrone Drive, next to the fire station, 1 minute from Highway 17, ten minutes from the town of Los Gatos.
