About this Course

We call "shotgun" for the front seat on this summer road trip! From the salty air of the Boardwalk to the green grass of summer festivals, our taste buds are going on a culinary expedition. Come spend a week with our chefs tasting your way through the U.S of A! We will be cooking Midwest barbecue and Southwest sweets to California cuisine and a taste of Hawaiian island recipes.
