About this Course

Los Gatos Whales Swim Team is a recreational swim team that we offer from Spring to Summer that offers fun and a great source of fitness to your child. We offer ages: 5 to 18. The focus is to help improve your participant in multiple aspects of swimming as well as growing the swim community and having fun while doing it. What to Expect at Practice: Our swim sessions are designed to enhance both stroke technique and endurance. We recognize that mastering proper technique is crucial, so we’re committed to dedicating ample time to help swimmers perfect their skills. Each practice will conclude with an engaging activity, like a relay race or a game, which incorporates essential swimming techniques while ensuring that the fun continues.
