About this Course

LGS Dive Camp is for participants to be taught the various fun ways to dive. They will participate in dry land activities such as stretching, training and demo's out side of water. They will practice skills in the water and as well on numerous diving boards heights. Students will meet with Instructors everyday to discuss the lesson plan.
